Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {8CFEBA94-3FC2-45CA-B9A5-9EDACF704F66} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).

Recently i received the above error when i tried to host my application on IIS 7.0. I solved my issue by doing the following.

1. Create a dedicated application pool for the site in IIS.
2. Go to application pool advance settings
3. Set application pool identity to "Network Services"
